No hidden charges

The fare we quote covers your journey. Costs outside our control — like extra airport parking if your flight's delayed, airport pickup/drop-off charges, or the London Congestion Charge — are passed on at cost and agreed with you as soon as we're aware of them.

Cash, transfer or card

Cash or bank transfer is preferred — it avoids the 2–4% card processing fee, which otherwise just gets passed on to you. Card is accepted too if that's easier.

How far ahead should I book, especially for an airport transfer?
For early-morning flights, late nights or anything time-critical, book a day or two ahead so it's locked in and a driver is set aside for you. For a local trip you can book same-day and we'll get to you as fast as we can. Outside normal daytime hours especially, please allow us a little time to confirm rather than assuming a taxi is already coming.
Which airports and seaports do you cover?
We run fixed-fare transfers to Southampton, Bournemouth, Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton, Stansted, Bristol and London City airports, plus Southampton and Portsmouth docks and Dover — see the Fixed Fares table above for set prices. Travelling somewhere not listed? Call us and we'll quote it.
Are your fares fixed or metered?
Our most-requested airport, seaport and long-distance routes are fixed fares — the price shown is the price you pay, no meter. Local street-hail and rank journeys follow the regulated Wiltshire Council hackney carriage tariff. For anything else, we're happy to agree a price up front before you travel.
What areas do you cover around Salisbury?
Salisbury city centre and the surrounding villages — Wilton, Amesbury, Durnford, Downton, Tisbury and more — plus local landmarks like Stonehenge and Old Sarum. We also take longer out-of-town and cross-country journeys; for those a small mileage fee may apply to cover the driver's return leg, always agreed with you beforehand.

Can you take larger groups — more than four passengers?
Yes. Groups of five to eight travel at the higher fare shown in the Fixed Fares table. For bigger parties we'll arrange the best combination — a larger vehicle where available, or more than one car — and we'll call to confirm the plan with you.

Can I get a receipt for my journey?
