The fare we quote covers your journey. Costs outside our control — like extra airport parking if your flight's delayed, airport pickup/drop-off charges, or the London Congestion Charge — are passed on at cost and agreed with you as soon as we're aware of them.

Cash or bank transfer is preferred — it avoids the card processing fee. But card is always accepted too if that's easier.

Are your fares fixed or metered?

Fixed fares are available for private-hire bookings on our most-requested airport, seaport and long-distance routes. Local street-hail and rank journeys follow the regulated Wiltshire Council hackney carriage tariff. For metered journeys, we can provide an estimate; the final fare is determined by the meter.
